Karen added, ‘I am particularly pleased to be working with Town and Country Catering. They provide the total wedding package, from an intimate wedding breakfast to a full banquet. I congratulate Stephen Banks and his team on recently being appointed to cater for Her Majesty, The Queen on her visit to South Wales. It was a great honour for them and I have no doubt they will continue to provide the same level of service here at St Donat’s Castle.’

Stephen Banks, who Heads the catering at Town and Country said, ‘It was indeed a tremendous honour to serve Her Majesty, The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh. I am equally delighted with our association with St Donat’s Castle which I believe to be one of the finest venues in Wales.’
