In contrast those who try and make radical changes in their life (or the “chomper” approach) are less likely to succeed, as their challenges are usually unrealistic.

Drink water:
Along with moisturisers, mascara and lippy, all models consider water to be an essential beauty product - nothing else so directly affects the look and feel of your skin. Water can also help your diet: often when we think we are hungry, we’re actually thirsty. If you drink two litres a day, you’ll know that any hunger you feel is definitely for food.

Smart shopping:
Supermarket shopping is a minefield when it comes to healthy eating, so make sure you stick to some simple rules. Always make a list of what you need and make sure you stick to it. You can help yourself to do this by avoiding aisles where junk and processed foods lurk. As a secondary form of defence, never go shopping when you’re hungry: you’re guaranteed, not only to buy more, but also to ‘treat’ yourself to unhealthy snacks.

Willpower:
Willpower isn’t really something that you have or don’t have; it’s a skill. It’s a sign that you’ve decided to make a conscious decision to do something about your life. When your brain is motivated in the right way, healthy food actually tastes great, and you’ll want to eat it. Eventually your brain will be tricked into believing that healthy food is more satisfying and it won’t be an effort to choose it over junk food.

Appreciate food:
Eat with awareness. Don’t gulp down food or eat on the run. Sit down and really take notice of what you’re eating with all your senses. This will allow you to take pleasure in eating things that are diverse and trying meals you’ve never eaten before - you might be surprised! Eating quickly also means you eat more as your stomach doesn’t have time to register that it is full.

Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z have tied the knot in a secret ceremony in New York today.

The couple have been an item since 2002, took out a marriage license in the American state that is valid for two months. However, they did not want to wait too long before tying the knot.

According to reports, the couple wanted it to be a special and intimate day away from the public and have tried to keep things low-key.

Beyoncé 26 met rapper Jay-Z, 36, when they worked together on his hip-hop hit ’03 Bonnie & Clyde.

Robin Williams second marriage on the rocks

Marsha Garces Williams filed her petition for divorce from actor and comedian Robin Williams in a San Francisco court last week, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple, who married in 1989, have been separated since December 31, and she is requesting joint custody of their 16-year-old son, Cody, according to the filing.

They have two children together, daughter Zelda, 18, and son Cody, aged 16. Garces Williams is requesting joint custody of their son.

The couple have been married since 1989 and have two children. Their daughter, Zelda, is 18 years old. The couple first met when she was a nanny for Williams’ son with his previous wife, Valerie Valardi.

The making of Williams, started way back in 1970’s where William’s 56, played the role of an out of control alien “Mork” in the hit TV show Mork and Mindy.

Since then he has built a successful acting career in movies, winning a best supporting actor Oscar for Good Will Hunting, and being nominated three times for the best actor award.

Garces Williams has worked as a producer on her husband’s films and co-owns their production company, Blue Wolf Productions.

It was the most talked about divorce, since the split of Prince Charles and Princess Diana.The courts had asked the McCartney’s to reach a financial agreement, however it was the judge who was to give the final settlement to each of them.

From his £800 million.Sir Paul’s first offer for Heather was a healthy £15.8 million, but Heather actually wanted £125 million. She finally agreed to £24.3 million, and this is what she took home.Heather, claimed that their daughter Beatrice, four, would now “have to travel ‘B’ class while her father travels ‘A’ class”. For some reason I think that her daughter or herself will never travel “B class” with the money she gets from Sir Paul. I think she should be happy with what she got from the final settlement, after all look how much Sir Paul made before he even met her !Hey that is just my opinion, what do you think ?
