Wedding Cake Designer Features High End Cake Designs

Rosalind Miller of Rosalind Miller Cakes was announced as the national winner for Best Wedding Cake Designer on January 18, 2012. At a ceremony in London’s Piccadilly, the National Wedding Industry Panel of Judges had chosen the winner out of over 20 regional finalists – recognising Rosalind as this year’s most outstanding designer.

Rosalind will also return to exhibit at the Designer Wedding Show (February 10-12, 2012), with a new and unique collection of high-end cake designs.

Having established Peggy’s Cupcakes in 2007, winning her wide recognition and praise, Rosalind has once again turned her years of experience as a graphic design lecturer at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design to wedding cake design and created the new and fashionable Rosalind Miller Cakes, offering bespoke wedding cakes ranging from romantic-chic to contemporary elegance.

Rosalind’s use of inventive techniques and her unique style in original cake designs have graced the front pages of many cake design and wedding magazines, including:
Brides Magazine, Perfect Wedding, Wedding Ideas, Wedding Cakes, as well as international publications such as Elle Japan. Most notably, the gold leaf Marie Antoinette wedding cake and the Birds and Lace cake, were featured in a multiple-page editorial/photo-shoot for The Sunday Times Style Magazine on November 27, 2011.

Rosalind has been featured on national Television, including the BBC, and the Great Cake Bake on Wedding TV in 2011 and was invited to become a member of London’s prestigious Experimental Food Society and take part at the annual exhibition at Truman Brewery on Brick Lane (November 2011).

Having earned a seal of approval from the influential Squires Kitchens, Rosalind’s wedding cakes will be exhibited at the Wedding Cake Showroom at their annual exhibition (March 9-11, 2012).
