Phillipa Lepley, the couture British bridal-wear designer, has sourced some absolutely beautiful, fine fabrics of an exceptionally high quality which have been used within the new designs. The dresses with umbrella-shaped skirts and full, flowery skirts are particular favourites of Phillipa.
