Acclaimed designer Sassi Holford will return to White Gallery London in 2016, where she will unveil her new Twenty17 Collection as she celebrates 35 years in British bridal design.
35 years since making her first gown, Sassi Holford is now one of the UK’s leading bridal designers with numerous awards and accolades under her belt. Sassi will be launching her ‘Twenty17’ Collection at White Gallery in May, with an exclusive Fashion Show (taking place at 1pm on Monday 16 May).
The gowns exquisitely showcase Sassi’s expertise for creating unique and stylish fabric combinations with beautiful silhouettes and shapes. This collection is especially close to Sassi’s heart as she dedicates it to her mother, who sadly lost a short battle with cancer at the beginning of the year.
Speaking of the collection, Sassi said: “My mum loved everything different and unusual – she was truly one of a kind. I want to dedicate this collection to her because of her unique style. She was and always will be my biggest creative influence”.
A splash of colour, stunning crushed lace, rose satin belts and straight cut necklines, all feature in this eclectic collection. With brides looking for less traditional designs, Sassi Holford’s ‘Twenty17’ Collection encompasses tailored styles and fashionable two pieces. There are more amazing pieces for ‘The Bride Decides’ – a concept that gives brides the freedom to uniquely style their wedding day look with beautiful accessories and finishing pieces.
Sassi added: “I love mixing ‘perfectly plain’ gowns (as I like to call them) with subtle shades of colour, textured fabrics and accessory detailing such as belts and sashes”.
