Here is another wonderful real wedding we would like to share with you from Gareth and Louise. We have been together for six years now. Gareth proposed on 24th December 2009, he nipped to the supermarket to get a few last minute nibbles for the evening buffet (a family tradition) and unbeknownst to me, he went to the florist and bought a dozen gorgeous red roses.
The ring was hidden inside the bouquet in the silver rose that carried my wedding ring (he had hidden the ring and the silver rose in the house for a few weeks before proposing). I was amazed at how beautiful the roses were and didn’t see the silver ring carrier in there at first until Gareth said ‘There’s a special one in there’, as I pulled it out and opened it he proposed. He had asked my Dad in November and the whole family had kept it a secret! It was so romantic and the best Christmas ever!
