Ariana Grande is officially married to her partner Dalton Gomez. It was just announced that the happy couple got married last weekend in a “Tiny and Intimate ceremony with less than 20 people attending”. Grande’s spokesmen added “The room was so happy and full of love. The couple and both families couldn’t be happier”. The ceremony took place at the couple’s home in Montecito, California.

The news that the couple had gotten engaged spread throughout the globes in December 2020, when the ‘Thank you, next’ singer announced her engagement to her fan on Instagram, along with a photo of her special ring.

Dalton Gomez took full responsibility in creating the perfect wedding ring that would mark the occasion and showcase his love for Grande.

The secret is in the details, as Gomez put a lot of love and thought in creating the perfect ring to profess his love for Grande.

The Ring.

The ring has an oval shaped diamond set at an angle, a pearl by its side and the mounting is made of white platinum. Jewellery experts have guessed that the gem is around to 5-7 carts, which is a lot smaller than what we have previously seen other celebrities showcase on their fingers. Regardless of its size the ring is beautiful and signifies the love the couple has for one, another.

The added peal is not a style choice; it is attached to a touching story and message. In 2014, after the passing of Grande’s grandfather, Ariana shared that her beloved grandmother Marjorie, otherwise known as Grandma Nonna, had a special ring made for the singer.

Grande wrote in a caption online, along with a photo of the special made ring “Nonna had a ring made for me with the pear from grandpa’s tie pin. She says he told her in a dream it’d protect me”. After the big ring reveal, fans quickly noticed the pearl and knew what it symbolized.

The Jeweller behind the special ring is Jack Solow and shared how the ring came together and details about Daltons involvement in the creation process. He stated “ Dalton was involved in every step of the selection process through FaceTime and Zoom since he was on the west coast and I was here in my office in New York. He was very, very specific about what he wanted”.

He continued saying “He had very strong feelings about how he wanted this to look, a contemporary kind of way. It was his idea to do the diamond on an angle and he said to me we had to incorporate a pearl into the finished piece because it is very sentimentally special, the element of a pearl is very, very sentimentally special to Ariana. He wanted to include that in the ring”.
