The White Gallery London Catwalk Show Day 2

London’s leading designer bridal event, White Gallery London 2013, continued to delight on day two with four fabulous designer catwalk shows.

Opening the show on day two was Stephanie Allin, who followed on from her highly successful 2013 collection by continuing with the colours that she introduced last year – unabashed nudes, powder blues and golds.

Detailed embellishment covered Stephanie Allins’s catwalk as she introduced beautiful hand beaded laces, fine chantilly lace and statement art deco motifs. With an abundance of interesting shapes, Stephanie Allin has created a softer and more romantic look for 2014.

At the second show of the day Ian Stuart repeated his celebration for the diversity of women. His ‘Frill Me’ collection serves both the traditional and modern bride, demonstrating a renewed approach to his award winning talent. The show-stopping gowns showed hints of a new direction as well as his signature look that has captivated his audience over the last decade. Ian continued his love of colour, which featured prominently alongside lace decorations and appliqué, striking crystal beading and stunning flowers. Demonstrating both passion and originality, the new collection from Ian Stuart created a stir amongst White Gallery London visitors and press alike.

In the afternoon, Anoushka G and George Hadji continued the brand’s love affair with timeless elegance and vintage glamour with their 2014 collection. Using the finest materials, Anoushka G included a variety of antique laces and tulles with rich crepes and flowing silk chiffons. Opulent beading and appliques were used to highlight the personality of each gown. Trends included hand-crafted delicate fluting, beautiful trains and overskirts, resulting in another classic sophisticated collection from the brand.
