We got married on 17th December in Kitzbühel in Austria. As foreigners not living in Austria, we were fully dependent on Alex and Melanie and their staff to help us arrange and organize our dream day.

It was magical. It was the day that I had always been waiting for. From our very first meeting with Alex 9 months before the big day to the after-care that they showed after the event itself – these guys really add a personal touch and become friends.

We used Skype a lot to make our plans and being able to describe what we had in our imaginations was one thing to then seeing it being put into reality was another. Melanie really has an eye for detail and listens to even the most intricate of demands to make the day personal.

I wanted to recreate a scene from a movie complete with candles, flowers and music…she hit the nail on the head and everyone including myself was blown away. After the ceremony in the resort, at the stunning setting of the Arosa hotel, we took ski-doos up the mountain to an amazing secret location of Toni’s Alm. This is truly one hell of a party spot. The food was incredible, the service was impeccable.

We partied so hard, I think we nearly brought the roof down – literally. The DJ that was provided by Grenzenlos was hilarious – I took some time to warm to him but by the end of the night I felt like he was massively responsible for getting each and every one of my guests – even my new overweight father-in-law with a poorly leg – to dance on the tables. We had fireworks set off from the mountaintop at midnight – that was it for me – I have never cried with pleasure so much! It was fantastic.

The best quality fireworks that I have ever seen outside of a capital city New Year’s Eve event.

If you can afford to have this in the budget – then you won’t regret it. We had consumed a lot of alcohol by the end of the event and Alex and Melanie took it upon themselves to make sure that everybody was off the mountain safely and could be accounted for! What a great service!

Before deciding on using Grenzenlos as our wedding planners we had experience of consulting a fair few other companies – it really struck us how transparent they were as a company. There were no hidden costs and nothing came as a surprise. These two will work their little cotton socks off in order to ensure you have the day of your dream.
