Classic Winter Wedding At Hedsor House

Hedsor House & Park, Taplow SL6 0HX

The inspiration for this shoot started with thinking of a white Christmas, from there the idea evolved and the colour scheme was born. The shoot location is the stunning Hedsor House with its lush and green grounds, I wanted to create a beautiful shoot to inspire brides with a beautiful palette of white and silver.

The florals were created by the talented Shola of OMF Events, she took my vision and created something soft and elegant.

Our models were prepped by my all-star female team consisting of Beautiful Makeup Artistry by Karen Pyman of Bride beautiful makeup and Anna Rose Porter of The Wedding Hair Boutique was on the hair. Lara’s gorgeous dresses are from the talented Josephine Scott London. Accessories from my girl Elizabeth of Saintbeth Official.

Grant’s looked dapper in the custom-made suit by prince made bespoke. Behind the lens is magic worker John Nassari owner of John Nassari Photography. John is a visionary when it comes to photography and was the guest speaker at the workshop which took place at the Hedsor house, hosted by Permajet in partnership with Canon.

His ability to give direction is nothing short of amazing.

The reception table was set up in the ballroom of Hedsor House, under some beautiful chandeliers, with white pillars and tapered candles supplied by Elegante Candles which gave the table setting a romantic feel. We choose a silver modern charger plate paired with modern glassware and white napkins. Lyndaathey designed the menu by using the exact colour pallet of the mood board to complement the tablescape, florals and dresses.

Fen of Monannie Cakes was inspired by the dress design. A fabric-inspired bow, created from wafer paper in the centre of the cake. This will also feature painted roses and foliage. Leading up from this, was some subtle ruching of fabric on the second tier allowing the eye to wander towards a sugar floral arrangement on the top tier.

For the floral detail, she used a 3D extension of the painted detail. I imagine cutting into something with a floral design and finding more flowers on the inside of the cake!
