Scattered with stars, Gala-1002 has a deep plunging v neckline in the front and back with a flared tulle skirt made of twinkling stars and adorned tulle. Perfect for a starry night.

With a hint of sparkle layered under blush tulle, Gala-1005 has an asymetrical one shoulder tulle feature. A gorgeous twist on a classic ballgown.

A dramatic detachable cape is such a beautiful feature of Gala-1007. Its sparkly v-neck has a sequin tulle bralette top and a point d’esprit pattern that shimmers with the slightest movement.

Another sweet cape, in butterfly style, adorns Gala-1001. A 3-D lace mermaid dress with a deep plunging v neckline and a low open back featuring the prettiest appliquéd flowers and a layered skirt that begs to be worn amongst the flowers.

All you need is Lahav: Two breathtaking Fall 2016 bridal collections: In the last couple of weeks, we’ve been treated to so many completely beautiful fall 2016 bridal collections, and now Galia Lahav has totally spoiled us by releasing two.

Debuting at the bridal market at New York Public Library a few weeks back, Lahav wowed the press with the launch of the first ready-to-wear collection by the Israel-based designer. The collection, Gala, displays Lahav’s lavish and opulent trademark design, in perhaps a more understated tone. The collection will be available in set sizes, from Galia Lahav stockists – while still somewhat of a well kept secret in the UK, Galia’s designs are available for appointment viewing at Browns in London.

The main event of the NY Public Library launch, however, was the breathtaking fall 2016 Ivory Tower collection. To say Lahav’s designs are ‘statement pieces’ is to say the Eiffel Tower is a telephone pole. Inspired, in Galia’s own words, by gothic architecture and elements of a medieval wardrobe. Architecture is a strong theme for next fall, with lots of structural shaping going in to pieces by several key design houses, and in the Ivory Tower collection this is manifested in sweeping, endless trains, and tight, slick bodices. As well as the striking and classic optic white, the palette of this collection extends to the very on trend blush tones, which work particularly well with the translucent, lingerie element that is proving to be a really strong 2016 trend. With this exciting collection, we are seeing that bridal wear just keeps getting bolder.

In a universe where fantasy romance and bohemian fairy tales collide, Galia Lahav creates a world of bridal couture unlike any we have ever seen before. Through the stories and fables of the past, Galia Lahav delves into our childhood dreams of eternal love and magic as she presents to you her new collection, “Les Reves Bohemians.”

It’s a mystical collection, as daring and adventurous as the heroes of the tales it draws its inspiration from, with phenomenal corsetry, intricate lace details, and enchanted tulle skirts. It’s both romantic and classic combined, but most of all it’s something new for the eye.

Galia Lahav takes us to unexplored heights as she introduces us to new silhouettes, textures, lace, and an overall unique look. The collection consists of fifteen timeless pieces with a color pigments for bridal design. In “Les Reves,” you will discover hues of ice blue, dusty rose, champagne, and ivory.

Galia Lahav retains the traditional emphasis on the waistline, which when combined with the new silhouette creates a captivating, romantic look.

There is a layering of fabrics and fabric combinations that create an illusion of depth in the patterns and colors, making the gowns look more dreamy and aesthetic to the eye.

Her dresses hint at sensuality with body hugging contours but remain coy with their softer lines and overall silhouette, like the familiar fairy tale princess.

The dresses embody details of light, soft draping, and the delicate flares inspired by wings. The necklines are very detailed and trimmed in hand embroidery, and all the exquisite jewelry pieces are hand beaded, with intricate three-dimensional details using brushed and antique silver.

Galia Lahav designed a luxury hand-made accessory collection to accent the dresses which are an entirely original approach to bridal accessories. Each divine with lovely combinations of colors and semi-precious stones, from rich lavender to deep jade green. The pieces are plated in genuine gold.

While designing her bridal dress and accessory collection, Galia Lahav searched deep into the heart of the bride, to express the mood of falling in love. Those who have searched for and found love understand that it is intangible and can never be strictly defined or explained, but must be felt and experienced, and that’s the essence that Galia Lahav worked to portray in this collection.

It is not about the fabric or the dress, this collection is something beyond the material, it is an expression of love through the art of design.
