• 1 cube of brown sugar
• 3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
• Champagne
• Lemon zest

Method: Drop a brown sugar cube into a flute glass, add the Angostura aromatic bitters to the sugar and then pour over the cognac. Top with Champagne and garnish with a zest of a lemon and serve.
