We can\u2019t quite believe the year\u2019s nearly over – where did 2018 go?! Before we launch headlong into the new year, we think it\u2019s a good idea to take a step back and have a look at all we\u2019ve been up to this year. Where we\u2019ve been<\/h3>\n

We\u2019ve had the absolute privilege of being invited to some of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels and venues in the country.<\/p>\n

Chic and unique, South Place Hotel<\/a> stole our hearts with its quirky art and beautiful secret indoor garden.<\/p>\n

\"Our

Plush and luxurious, the Four Seasons Hotel London\u00a0at Park Lane<\/a> welcomed us with its heavenly beds, perfect for hibernation.<\/p>\n

\"Our

Beautifully secluded, we loved our escape to St Ermin\u2019s Hotel<\/a> in the heart of London with its rooftop beehives and exquisite honey.<\/p>\n

\"Our

And the rest<\/a>\u2026 we\u2019ve enjoyed many a gorgeous weekend at country hotels and city skyscrapers.<\/p>\n

What we\u2019ve seen<\/h3>\n

What a year! We\u2019ve witnessed gorgeous weddings, blossoming trends and the best of what the bridal world has to offer.<\/p>\n

We were spoiled with two royal weddings this year \u2013 Meghan and Harry\u2019s<\/a> in May and then Princess Eugenie\u2019s<\/a> wedding in October. Each was so different to the other. We loved the personal touches of each wedding dress and the way they were so beautifully unique.<\/p>\n

Pantone colour of the year was ultra violet. We had fun spotting it crop up in colour palettes throughout the year. It worked beautifully alongside nature\u2019s hues. We loved this styled shoot<\/a> by stylist Hannah Taylor.<\/p>\n

We fell in love with desserts all over again, with dessert tables climbing higher on our list of wedding priorities! The bigger, the better, culminating in the glorious Indulgence Bar<\/a> we witnessed at the Bulgari \u00a0Hotel London by GC Couture.<\/p>\n

What we\u2019ve loved<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s no surprise that we love weddings, and every thing that goes with them, from the hen days to the tablescapes.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve loved sampling afternoon teas! From the Bingham\u2019s fancy and fashionable tea<\/a> to K West\u2019s Glam Rock<\/a> affair, we\u2019ve been spoiled with cocktails, cake and some of the best service around \u2013 perfect for hen dos and treats!<\/p>\n

Seeing so many gorgeous new wedding dress collections at the shows we\u2019ve visited has been a real highlight of the year. There\u2019s always something special and sparkling that catches our eye. This year we fell for Hayley Paige\u2019s 80s inspired collection<\/a> as well as Galia Lahav\u2019s Florence by Night<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hearing about the wonderful things our suppliers have been getting up to is one of our favourite things. From proposal planning with La Fete<\/a> to seeing the best Ibizan venues with Ma Cherie<\/a>, we love seeing how much they love what they do!<\/p>\n

We hope you’ve had as much fun as we’ve had during 2018. Here’s to a 2019 full of wonderful weddings!<\/p>\n
