King Louis XIV, known as the Sun King, was the inspiration behind Vera Wang\u2019s Fall 2019 bridal collection. \u201cHe was the original power dresser,\u201d she said, \u201cThe first fashion rock star that ever lived.\u201d And her collection is full of the opulence and grandeur mirrored in the palace of Versailles, that Louis was so famous for. Metallic lace peeps through soft ivory and nude shades \u2013 a nod to the extravagant, shining through traditional bridal shades.<\/p>\n

With a layered nude and ivory tulle skirt tumbling down, the lace bodice sits beautifully on top, with cute capped sleeves and a high neck offering a modest look, but sheer lace giving some glamour.<\/p>\n
