Situated in the heart of Shoreditch, Boundary London<\/a> is the place if you\u2019re after a wedding with a cool city vibe. Housed in a converted Victorian warehouse, Boundary London is ultra stylish and super contemporary.<\/p>\n

We couldn\u2019t wait to stay here, having thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sister hotel, South Place<\/a>, last year, and were delighted to take respite in this small and arty red brick hotel.<\/p>\n

Eating at Boundary London<\/h3>\n

Lunch was the first order of the day, and we made our way up to the Rooftop Bar & Grill, as the name suggests, right at the top of the building in a gorgeous glass extension. We entered under a pretty floral arch and took in our surroundings; a lounge area, rooftop garden and barbeque area, as well as cute bistro tables and chairs, and it struck me how gorgeous this would be in the evening for a party or drinks reception.<\/p>\n

There was such a lovely buzz and the food was great. We enjoyed trout to start, with avocado and prawns and then a fabulous 35 day aged Irish cote de boeuf as well as a gorgeous chocolate truffle torte and rum pineapple ice cream dessert. Rooftop Bar & Grill\u2019s menu flows with the seasons, which I love, serving lighter grilled meat and fish in the summer months, and a cosy, comforting menu in the colder months. Cheese fondue and raclette feature, with hot cocktails \u2013 a perfect winter treat.<\/p>\n

Staying at Boundary London<\/h3>\n

Our room was something a little different. With only 17 rooms, Boundary London have made sure each is unique. Inspired by different, iconic designers, there\u2019s a range of styles and architecture, and we were delighted to stay in one of the hotel\u2019s four duplex loft suites. With a mezzanine floor and a huge floor to ceiling windows with a balcony that gazed out over London, the suite felt spacious, airy and light. It was trendy, with an arty flair. Its huge lounge was dominated by a large marble table and artwork sprung out from every wall. The light fitting was a spectacle of its own, with coppery panes slung about haphazardly, it definitely needed its own viewing platform in the shape of the mezzanine, with stairs stretching up to the bedroom and bathroom, which was tiled in white and black, incredibly spacious, with a standalone bath.<\/p>\n

We were lucky enough to sneak a peek at all the loft suites, each different and beautiful in their own way. They would be excellent honeymoon suites; fun, bright, relaxed and chic.<\/p>\n
