Here they will map out their menu, choosing from a selection of delicious canap\u00e9s such as\u00a0Blue lobster lentil vada with green coconut chutney or\u00a0Portland diver scallops with an almond truffle masala. There is also the option to have live cooking stations of Papdi chaat or Mini dosas. From there, the starter, main course and desserts are selected. The event will include full room hire until 2 am, an expert Dorchester banqueting service team, and a bespoke setup with optional dancefloor or staging.
