round, the courtyard is so pretty, with canopies of blossoms and snug fleeces to throw over chilly legs. Inside, the Orangery and Dining Room are just as special, with soft leather bench seating and pretty light fittings. British burrata with courgette, peas and pesto to start as well as asparagus with a Burford Brown egg \u2013 absolutely divine. We followed with Atlantic cod and Jerusalem artichoke which flaked to perfection, as well as West Country spring lamb, which were both equally delicious. To finish, we chose the rhubarb Eton Mess, which was so colourful and vibrant, it was such a joy to eat.
