Question (Q) : First of all, can you tell us what’\u0080\u0099s it like working with\u00a0you?<\/h4>\n

Q : How do you differ from other wedding planners?<\/h4>\n

Irene:<\/strong> All our international couples are far from us so we work mainly on\u00a0video conferences, calls, emails. \u00a0So, the most important thing for us is\u00a0to hear, to understand and to feel what exactly the couple wants. \u00a0Once we\u00a0have defined their vision, we start to put together all our team of\u00a0professionals to bring this vision to life. The couple comes here 2-3 days\u00a0before and they get the wedding of their dreams! We have to realize their\u00a0dream when being long distance. That makes our work so exciting and so\u00a0different from the other wedding planners.<\/p>\n

Q : And how do you make sure each wedding planned for each couple is\u00a0different from other couples?<\/h4>\n

Irene:<\/strong> That is not difficult in our case! A couple from China, a couple\u00a0from the USA, a couple from Russia, a couple from Dubai -\u0080\u0093 they are all very\u00a0different and so are their celebrations.<\/p>\n

Q : So you must have many different requests! What types of weddings do you\u00a0plan? Can you plan any kind of wedding or event?<\/h4>\n

Irene:<\/strong> Our goal is to realise any dream. It depends on the fantasy, on the\u00a0courage and also on the budget. We can write a scenario and create\u00a0decorations stylised and inspired by famous books or movies, for example,\u00a0The Great Gatsby style, Breakfast at Tiffany, Marie-Antoinette or even a\u00a0Chanel stylisation. Often our brides like a fairy-tale style in a romantic Chateau of XVII century. We can organise a posh VIP event or an intimate\u00a0elegant celebration with just family and friends. Mariages D’\u0080\u0099Art is not\u00a0only a wedding planner in France, we can also organise any other important\u00a0event, like anniversaries, birthday parties, bridal or baby showers,\u00a0corporate team building events, etc.<\/p>\n

Q : Can you take us through what about the budget for a wedding in Paris?\u00a0What does it look like?<\/h4>\n

Irene:<\/strong> It is important to know that your wedding in Paris will not cost\u00a0much more than anywhere else. Before you think, ‘\u0080\u009coh no, we cannot afford\u00a0it,’\u0080\u009d do not hesitate to ask for a quote. Seriously speaking, here is my\u00a0vision -\u0080\u0093 a beautiful event rests on three pillars:<\/p>\n

    I do not recommend saving on these three aspects. We both want to find a\u00a0breathtaking venue, astonishing decorations, great photos that your\u00a0grandchildren will admire 50 years after, make up that holds the whole\u00a0night, and of course -\u0080\u0093 great French food and best wines.
    \nNevertheless,\u00a0there are other aspects that can be made with less spending. This is our\u00a0job to offer you the best quality services and to negotiate the best prices\u00a0from vendors in order to keep your budget reasonable.<\/p>\n

    Q : So what happens when something goes wrong at a wedding? What do you\u00a0usually do?<\/h4>\n

    Irene:<\/strong> The best solution to avoid the problem is to anticipate it. \u00a0We make\u00a0checklists, timetables and double control on each step. One of the most\u00a0important things in our job is to pick a good team. I spend a lot of time\u00a0in choosing and teaching the people until the moment I can be sure that\u00a0each one of them is able to manage any situation at any force majeure that\u00a0can happen.<\/p>\n

    Q : Yes, people are definitely key. What would you say is the kind of\u00a0couple you love working with most?<\/h4>\n

    Irene:<\/strong> It is a big honour for us when a couple trusts us in organising such\u00a0an important event. We love to work with couples who trust us and use our\u00a0experience. In the process of organisation, which sometimes takes many months,\u00a0I spend so much time with the bride, that I feel I become her older sister\u00a0or friend!     Irene:<\/strong> Since I have lived and worked in several countries and I have a wide\u00a0European network of business contacts, we have developed our specialisation\u00a0in destination weddings. \u00a0We work with Italy (Como Lake, Sardinia, Sicily,\u00a0Venice), Spain (Costa Blanca, Barcelona, Ibiza), Greece (Santorini,\u00a0Mykonos), Croatia, Israel, USA, \u00a0Russia (Moscow and St Petersburg) and now\u00a0also Thailand (Koh Samui).<\/p>\n

    Q : Such amazing places to create destination weddings! Now on the wedding\u00a0day, what would you say is your favourite moment?<\/h4>\n

    Irene:<\/strong> I have two favourite moments. \u00a0The first one is during the morning of\u00a0the bride. We come to her with a photographer, cameraman, makeup and hair\u00a0style artist. \u00a0I help her to prepare herself, to relax, I support her\u00a0morally. I always take care that the bride doesn’\u0080\u0099t skip her breakfast! And\u00a0also, the moment when the bride puts on her wedding dress – not one single\u00a0dress in the world suits a woman better than her wedding dress!<\/p>\n

    And of course, the second favourite moment is the touching moment of the\u00a0ceremony. I can never stay with my eyes dry!<\/p>\n

    Q : That is so sweet! So have you always wanted to be a wedding planner?<\/h4>\n

    Irene:<\/strong> Absolutely yes. \u00a0When I was younger, I thought, oh, weddings, such a\u00a0romantic business, suitable for girls. I was wrong. It is a serious\u00a0business, requiring many qualities, knowledge, responsibility, courage,\u00a0time etc. And I love my job. I love my couples. I love to work in this\u00a0city.<\/p>\n
