I loved the sweeping staircases and dramatic balcony that welcomes you in. Having taken in the grand lobby and checked in, we were taken to our spacious room, overlooking the courtyard. With heavy curtains, green silk wallpaper and two bathrooms with lovely White Company toiletries, this was a wonderfully relaxing space. Perfect for getting ready for a wedding or to laze in after a busy day exploring London. The restaurant is gorgeous and we sat comfortably with ambient lighting, enjoying our meal. Coffee semifreddo and a lemonade parfait finished the meal perfectly. A continental buffet breakfast was delicious (full English also available) and we then took a tour of the hotel. The gorgeous plasterwork, the stairways and the stunning rooms and then the Crystal Ballroom is just spectacular. With a mezzanine, columns and balconies, this would be a dramatic and vibrant room to host your wedding. St Ermin\u2019s is licensed for civil ceremonies and can host up to 140 guests. Smaller spaces are equally as beautiful, with the arched plasterwork ceiling of the Cloisters (for up to 120 guests) and the pretty Crystal Mezzanine (for up to 80 guests) offering equally beautiful
