This Summer, Grand H\u00f4tel de Bordeaux & Spa<\/strong> is delighted to announce the much-anticipated return of the \u2018Night Beach\u2019 rooftop bar,<\/strong> located on the seventh floor of the hotel. Grand H\u00f4tel de Bordeaux & Spa will offer outdoor spa treatments and fitness classes on its spectacular wrap-around roof terrace during the day. The space will then transform in the evening to become the \u2018Night Beach\u2019 rooftop bar and for the first time, the adjacent terrace of the hotel\u2019s Royal Suite will be converted into a VIP Champagne, Cognac and cigar tasting area.<\/p>\n

For a moment of prolonged relaxation, guests can step out from the hotel\u2019s NUXE Spa Les Bains de L\u00e9a on to the panoramic Jacuzzi-terrace with 360\u00b0 far-reaching views across Bordeaux and the Garonne River. Taking advantage of the warm climate, Grand H\u00f4tel de Bordeaux & Spa will unveil an outdoor treatment area. Inspired by the nearby Bassin d\u2019Arcachon (in English, Arcachon Bay), part of the roof terrace has been transformed to re-create this dramatic natural landscape in the heart of the city with pine trees and Marram grass, as well as white curtains to create an additional level of privacy.<\/p>\n

The Spa Manager has created a three-step body care plan for this outdoor space, which includes a hydro-massage bath, body scrub and massage overlooking the rooftops of Bordeaux. Available from July, the 90-minute \u2018Beach Escape\u2019 treatments will start from \u20ac175 (approx. \u00a3143). In conjunction with this, Grand H\u00f4tel de Bordeaux & Spa has launched the \u2018Good Healthy Body\u2019 fitness program, specifically tailored to help guests and visitors to the hotel get ready for the Summer.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Night Beach\u2019 rooftop bar at Grand H\u00f4tel de Bordeaux & Spa will open its doors on 2 June 2014 and there will be a series of themed evenings throughout the Summer season.<\/p>\n

Open every evening from 7pm to 1am, the rooftop bar will have a resident DJ playing upbeat lounge music and signature Mojitos, cigars and a wide selection of tapas created by Executive Chef St\u00e9phane Carrade will be served. Every Tuesday, there will be a special pop-up pampering station dedicated to the hotel\u2019s female clientele offering manicures, hand massages or express makeovers, which guests can enjoy over a cocktail.<\/p>\n

This year, for the first time, the adjoining 140m2 roof terrace of the hotel\u2019s Royale Suite will be transformed into an exclusive private bar area with rare Champagne, Cognac and cigar tastings. The unique, elegant, and sexy atmosphere will make the \u2018Night Beach\u2019 the ultimate rendez-vous spot for Bordeaux\u2019s most chic clientele to meet for an aperitif and watch the sun set across the city.<\/p>\n
