How far in advance should we confirm our venue/s?

As earlier as better to be safe and get the desired location.

Suggested is at least a year ahead.

How many weddings do you take on each season?

Each wedding planner has its on limits. And not one event is looking like the other! Therefore there is not a general number. To give you a better idea, for a wedding at a Hotel logistics are simpler then at a remote private locations. Since you can imagine that a hotel counts with more infrastructure then a remote beach or jungle venue what requieres more vender services. Therefor logistic work is much more then at a hotel venue.

Our wedding planner in average take on 12 wedding per year or one wedding per month.

What exactly does a wedding planner do for us?

Plan all the logistic based on the needs, desires and ideas.
Elaborate an initial overall estimate.
Manage budget.
Hire venders in name of the client
Elaborate and finalize all contracts or agreements needed to organice the wedding.

Are you available for meetings at the weekend or evenings?

Yes we are. Of course we have to check availability first. World time zones are playing a vital role in this.

How do you charge for your service?

Planning and Coordination starts at 2,500 US Dollars. depending on details, like venue accessibility, logistics and guest count.

How many planning trips would you recommend for an overseas destination wedding?

None, because now a days tecnología makes it posible to do it remotely. But if you need to one visit to the Mexican Carribean does not hurt.

Do we have to use your suppliers

Yes, only the key venders like Audio and Visual effects, Flowers Decor etc… we suggest having a videoconference to explain more detailed…

How many team members will you have working at our wedding

Our planning team consists of about 5 staff members. At a 100 guest wedding about 1/3 part is staff constantly working in your dream wedding

Yes of course! As part of our services once we are hired we will give options like quotes of the individual parts of the planning process.

Are you available at the weekend?

As most events are held on the weekends availability is key. In our experience finding a common ground on finding suitable space in each calendar is the way to go.

Do you work alone or do you have collegues?

No we are a team of minimum 3 planners and our YD ProNet integrates the destinations best planners who are ready to take on under the companies staffs (Yazmin De La Mora) guidance and expertise.

How long you been doing this for?

Yazmin De La Mora our founder has been planning weddings and worked in very big catering company in Mexico City. Her experience combines more then 30 years and a 1000 and 1 weddings planned. Out of these many years we have created lasting memories in our own business since 2007.

About our perfect wedding
About a year ago my now husband and I decided to get married in Mexico, this despite the challenge of being a Mexican-Italian family who happens to move countries very often due to both of our careers and at that time we were both living in Afghanistan. That being said, we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy task to get our Mexican, Italian and international family/friends all together to celebrate with us. After doing an online research about what was needed to plan a wedding at the Mayan riviera, we knew we needed the best wedding planner to help us with it so we looked for certified professionals in the area and that’s how we found YD Dream Management. I must say how an extraordinary experience I had working with Yazmin de la Mora. From the very first time we talked, I was able to feel the passion she has for her job. It made me so happy to see how she took ownership of our wedding planning by taking care of so many details that me as a bride wouldn’t ever had the time to look at. Yaz and her amazing team allowed me to be a bride and enjoy it. They allowed us, my husband Michele and I to take care of our guests the way we thought appropriate by picking them up from the airport and spending time with them. Yazmin is not only professional and amazing at her job, but she is also caring and thoughtful. She was always asking looking after us not only during the entire planning process but all the time even after the wedding. We had two weddings, the first one was a beautiful private Mayan ceremony followed by a catering only for family members. The next day we had an amazing civil wedding at a private beach followed by incredible food and non stop dancing. Yaz and her team took care of everything for both days, including food which was just fantastic and delicious (for the record: Michele and I are both picky eaters)! We are really thankful for her and her team commitment and professionalism. Moreover, the love they shared with us. P.S. It’s been 3 months and our guests are still talking about how amazingly perfect our wedding was.
