A Merchant Taylors’ wedding is a magical occasion. Our beautiful, historic building is nestled in the heart of the City of London yet as your guests step through the door they will feel like they’ve been transported to a different world.

Our Great Hall dates back to the 14th century and can cater for large numbers. Its 13-metre high ceiling and 3-metre high windows give the room a fabulous sense of space and occasion.

The venue is exclusively yours, so guests are free to wander and enjoy their day. Merchant Taylors’ can host up to 240 people for both ceremony and reception. With the warm and rich decor of the rooms and its hidden gem - the Garden, Merchant Taylors' offers an idyllic setting for both summer and winter weddings.
