Kim Balasubramaniam has been designing and planning beautifully elegant weddings since 2005. She creates exceptional weddings for a discerning global clientele and is one of the most highly regarded luxury wedding planners in the industry.
At the heart of each celebration, Kim creates is you – she takes time to get to know you, understands what makes you a unique couple and designs a wedding that is fully reflective of this. She creates weddings that are perfectly planned, full of detail and are truly memorable, immersive experiences for both you and your guests.
Creating a wedding can be a daunting prospect and one that takes time and experience to perfect. Kim and her team exclusively plan and design these extra special celebrations so their experience is second to none. She understands the needs of her clients; working with busy professional couples her aim is to alleviate the stress of planning and for them to enjoy the process.
As a luxury wedding planner, Kim is used to working with short time scales and demanding briefs; she has worked with couples who live abroad and are flying into the UK a couple of days before the wedding, has planned weddings from conception to completion in less than six weeks, and is constantly creating new and engaging design concepts for her clients’ celebrations – she’s even been booked by couples before their engagement!
Kim takes on a strictly limited number of commissions per year to ensure her clients receive the highest level of service and have access to her and her trusted network of internationally recognised professionals at every step of their planning journey. She works with and is recommended by, some of the industry’s finest venues and suppliers. Kim’s weddings have been featured globally and she is recognised as a true expert in her field. She is based on the South Coast of England and splits her time between there and London where lots of her clients are based. She is ideally situated to create incredible weddings in London, Surrey, The Cotswolds and across the UK and Europe.
