A veritable gem set in a 250-acre private luxury estate in the countryside just 15 minutes outside of Mahón, Cugó Gran Menorca is the culmination of years of meticulous renovation of an traditional Menorcan farmhouse with exceptional attention to detail.  The name Cugó Gran originates from the word Cugulló Gran, or ‘Grand Peak’ and the villa offers breath-taking 180° sea views.  

Cugó Gran Menorca has the capacity to cater for weddings with up to 50 guests in-house, as well as sleep 24 guests in 12 beautifully appointed bedrooms - all offer stunning views. Cugó Gran Menorca can also host larger weddings for up to 300 guests working with the leading caterer on the Island. 

A sophisticated and yet relaxed venue, Cugó Gran Menorca offers a selection of terraces and outdoor locations providing the idyllic backdrop to complement any bespoke occasion. The in-house wedding coordinators will take care of all the arrangements, down to the smallest detail; from the champagne welcome reception and the wedding dinner under a marquee or the stars, to the flowers, music, photographer, wedding cake, midnight snacks, and a full wedding breakfast with eggs from the estate’s own hens the next morning. A spectacular Menorcan horse display, which is typical at local celebrations and special occasions, can also be arranged. 

In addition to their exceptional bespoke wedding services, Cugó Gran Menorca is also acclaimed for its outstanding cuisine. Resident Chef, Roberto Sarrió, serves up fresh Menorcan-inspired dishes using only the finest local and seasonal ingredients, much of it grown in the estate’s own kitchen and herb gardens. 

The bridal party will have the full run of the house and can make full use of all the facilities on offer, including a 26-metre outdoor pool, day beds, a well-equipped gym and a spa treatment room. The Buganvilla Spa menu features a range of face and body treatments with leading product houses. As well as signature treatments with Rosalena Face Oils, a range of 100% natural high-performance skincare; all of these are exclusive to Cugó Gran Menorca in the Balearic Islands.      

Cugó Gran Menorca’s private concierge and wedding team will also be delighted to plan activities such as yacht charters, beach picnics, guided walking and cycling tours, yoga sessions, and wine and gin tastings, in the days leading up to or after the Big Day.  

Babysitters and qualified nannies can also be arranged to help supervise the younger guests and there is a wide selection of games to amuse children, both in the villa and in the grounds; these include an outdoor play area (tree house, swing) as well as giant Jenga, outdoor chess and a croquet lawn.
