Hotel Danieli – a Luxury Collection Hotel
Over the years the Hotel Danieli has played host to some of the city’s most prestigious events and famous love stories, it's multi-layered history weaving a dreamy atmosphere around its majestic salons, glamorous stages for weddings and celebrations.
The Marco Polo Ballrooms offer a timelessly elegant backdrop for pre- and post-nuptial festivities. With their Murano glass chandeliers and luxurious marble detailing the ballrooms reflect the rich heritage and sophistication of the rest of the hotel and are characterized by the romantic ambience all brides desire for their wedding day.
Unparalleled panoramas of Venice and its monuments accompany wedding celebrations in the rooftop settings of the Terrazza Danieli Restaurant and its Sala Ducale. The restaurant’s interior is the perfect backdrop for a memorable day: crimson velvet armchairs and pleated-shade wall lamps set against charcoal gray-and champagne-hued walls create a sensual haven in which to indulge and celebrate. The restaurant’s terrace takes the celebration outdoors in warmer months when dining al fresco heightens the experience. Exclusive use of the panoramic terrace may be granted for exceptional events.
Essential to all wedding experiences at the Hotel Danieli is its culinary voyage through taste and time, a magical voyage for the senses which retraces the oriental influences of spice traders, and unites them with indigenous and seasonal ingredients from the lagoon. Helming the hotel’s culinary team is Executive Chef Dario Parascandolo whose wedding proposals range from canapés and light meals to a multiple course gourmet banquet accompanied by fine vintages.
With an extensive menu of personalized services, Hotel Danieli’s experienced and highly creative wedding team will make sure your special day is truly unique. From floral arrangements to personalised menus and invitations, photography, wedding rings, traditional Italian wedding favours, bridal gowns and ceremonial wedding gondolas, our expert team is ready to assist with dedication and aplomb.

When you enter the hotel from the water taxi (amazing as that is) the décor and historical building is breathtaking!!
The Hotel Danieli was a wonderful treat to explore the amazing sites and sounds of Venice. The elaborate interior decoration of the lobby, grand stair case and lobby bar area were outstanding. The hotel definitely lives up to its description as a part of the "Luxury Collection" - both in its features and unfortunately the price. The service at the front desk is a bit chaotic (area is too small), but once you do get attention of the staff they are very attentive and helpful.
The reception and bar area are stunningly beautiful with antique Murano glass chandeliers. It's the perfect lobby for a perfect staff. The hosts, porters, concierge and all others made our stay magical. They arranged dining and tours, room service and anything we asked. The hotel is centrally located on the Grand Canal which makes it walking accessible in all directions to the sights and sounds of Venice!
