A villa above the Amalfi Coast

Hotel Villa Cimbrone is a historic villa hotel in Ravello, set in more than eight hectares of gardens redesigned in the early 1900s, with a Michelin-listed restaurant, a swimming pool and a private helipad.

The first reliable mentions of Villa Cimbrone date from the 11th century. The gardens were redesigned at the start of the 20th century, after Ernest William Beckett, later Lord Grimthorpe, bought the estate in 1904, and the Vuilleumier family has restored the villa as a hotel and botanical garden.
