Kosher weddings and the Park Lane Chefs

A Grade II listed Art Deco Ballroom with its own entrance on Park Lane, seating 500, and the only dedicated kosher kitchen in the West End.

The hotel specialises in kosher weddings, with the only dedicated kosher kitchen in the West End, so a kosher celebration is cooked in the building rather than brought in. The Park Lane Chefs work with different cultures and dietary requirements and plan menus around the customs of the ceremony.

The Park Lane Chefs and the hotel's restaurants

The Park Lane Chefs cook every wedding, working with the couple on tailor-made menus and beverage packages. Mercante is the hotel's Italian restaurant, built around rustic Italian market flavours and seasonal produce. Palm Court, an Art Deco lounge on Park Lane, serves afternoon tea, all-day dining and cocktails. Smith & Whistle Bar & Terrace serves classic dishes and cocktails, and Caffe Musetti is the coffee house.
