My name is Bianca and I am a wedding cake designer and the owner of Beez Cakes.
Since 2013, I have been designing and creating classic and elegant wedding cakes for couples who want to make their big day truly special.
Let’s start off by saying, “your wedding cake is more than just a cake!”
Other than the dress and the venue, your cake is the only other aspect of your wedding that will have your guests clamouring to get that famous shot - yes, I am speaking about that cake-cutting, “I feed you, you feed me” shot! Memories of this special moment are waiting to be shared with your loved ones, and you will want to make sure that your cake is looking it’s best.
As part of your cake experience, I offer cake consultations where you can discuss your requirements and sample cake flavours before you order. If you cannot attend a consultation or want to sample some cakes, you can pre-order a Cake Tasting box. There are two options to choose from - The Signature Cake Tasting Box, which is filled with the flavours our couples love or the Indulgence Cake Tasting Box, for couples looking for something different.
With so many options available, deciding which cake style would suit your day can be challenging. Even if you have little or no idea of what you want, my design service will help provide ideas, offer suggestions and create a sketched design (where applicable) to ensure that you are 100% happy with your bespoke cake and confident with how it will look on the day.

Weddings are expensive no matter how extravagant or intimate it is in size. It makes sense to want to know and understand how much the services you require will cost.
For wedding cakes it is difficult to offer a single, generic price as it is not as easy as “one size fits all”. The very nature of a bespoke wedding cake means that prices will vary depending on the cake flavours, it’s size, the level of decoration and additional serves (cake stand hire, mini desserts).
This is a guide as to what you can expect when ordering a cake.
The minimum spend for a 3 tier ganache-iced cake to serve 74 dessert portions/ 148 finger slices is £650 (not including delivery & setup).
A 3 tier fondant iced cake of the same size is £695.
A couple will often spend between £700 - £900 with additional decoration such as gold leaf, sugar flowers, stencilling and other details.
