I am Carlo Boni, and I live in Trentino Alto Adige, one of the most beautiful places in the world, surrounded by mountains and lakes. Maybe for this reason, I have always been fascinated by beauty, and I decided to make it my profession. I chose to specialize in wedding photography because I love the portraits and reportage.
I consider it the best way to explore the subjects’ souls, while the reportage is the most authentic language to narrate a story.
Indeed, my goal is to illustrate the wedding day and genuinely focus on real emotions, sensations and instants. I describe the day coming up beside the bridegrooms without being the protagonist or the director, but only as a witness.
I try to capture the bond of the couple in my pictures; in this way, I can make memorable all the emotions of the wedding day so that by flipping through the album, it would be possible to relive the sounds, the sensations and the scents of a particular day.
