Castello di Collegno - Immersed in a luxuriant park fragrant with romantic flavor, stands the Castle of Collegno a unique place where  time stops and all is designed to offer you absolutely unforgettable moments.

Ever since the Counts Provana di Collegno chose to transform this military fortress into a superb country residence, it is a splendid villa in which to celebrate the beauty of life.

At the end of the 19th century, the castle passed into the hands of the Guidobono Cavalchini family, who chose it as their residence, thus infusing it with that singular genuine warmth that only inhabited buildings can transmit.

Castello di Collegno

Protected by its walls from the chaos of the city of Turin, the first Italian Capital from 1720 to 1865, the ancient Castle of Collegno is an oasis of peace. With its enchanting atmosphere, it is a perfect and unparalleled location to host the most important events in your life and make them truly special.

Those who arrive at the Castle of Collegno have the immense privilege to be able to live, admire and breathe in the air of an authentic Castle but also a real home. Its rooms will welcome your guests with intriguing antique mobilier.

Built by Umberto III of Savoy in the 12th century, the ancient Guidobono Cavalchini Castle stillconserves much of its original structure, despite the many repairs and extensions.

Visiting these salons, one is immersed in the story of the Castle, attested by the 19th century mobilier, the numerous emblems and the portraits of members of the warmth family who resided in there.

The music room, like the emblem room and the green salon, faithfully reflects the Castle’s original drawings by Filippo Juvarra. In this room, appreciate the oil paintings above the 16th century doors and the painting of the Annunciation attributed to Gentileschi, which depicts the same subject as the painting exposed in the Sabauda Gallery in Turin.

Castello di Collegno

The vast garden, which surrounds the ancient castle Guidobono Cavalchini, contributes to creating a romantic and peaceful atmosphere with its numerous centennial trees of majestic dimensions. With its many views will offer the opportunity for intimate and festive moments; from the aperitif in the shade of a six century-old façade to the dinner with a magnificent view of the extensive park.

Recognizable by its unmistakable red bricks, the antique lemonary is a romantic location ideal for balls and receptions.

Let yourselves be inspired by the enchanting atmosphere of Castello di Collegno. The versatility of the Castle makes it the ideal location for any type of special event, from the wedding reception to business events, from private events to parades and concerts.

Note that the castle has already attracted attention as the setting for films.
