Crete for Love started 5 years ago offering mainly small wedding planning services. Today, we manage the organization of a wide range of private events covering intimate moments such as engagements or elopements to large weddings of 200-300 guests, where many vendors and high-end logistics’ support is needed. 

Crete for Love is a full event planning company, based in the picturesque city of Chania in Western Crete, crafting beautifully designed weddings and romantic events. This wedding planning service stands out from the crowd with its customized approach to events as well as the team’s passion for perfection and creativity. We organize symbolic, civil and religious weddings on the Cretan sandy coast, in private estates & villas, on seaside venues or in inland Olive Groves.

We are Anna & Stavriani, the vibrant duo that puts together and manages the perfect team for each event. We have experience in working with a multitude of venues and “unexpected” locations. Anything that serves the needs of our couple for their perfect day will be presented and explained in the most explicit way.

We advise on the romantic and fun elements of the wedding, including the decoration, entertainment and the more practical factors that cannot be avoided while planning a destination wedding, including budgets, payments and civil / Greek orthodox wedding documents. 

We both live in Chania and we love to show the beauty of our region as well as the whole island to our couples and their guests. The amazing fragrant trees & gardens, the overwhelming & generous nature, the long coasts and the wild mountains are what make this island a true Wedding Paradise

We are locals but our international roots and experiences allow us to see beyond and further in order to implement trustworthy visions of inspiration that each couple has for their special moment. 

Anna is Polish and Stavriani is Greek. We are first and foremost true friends for a long time and this trust is what our business is based on, and what our couples appreciate. Living in Crete throughout the year gives us a real advantage over agencies trying to plan weddings overseas. We know the real costs, the local mentality, credible vendors and the most beautiful corners around the island.
