Crockwell Farm is an idyllic Barn venue in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside.
Once a working farm, we have been creating magical weddings for over 20 years, with exclusive use of the venue over three days and two nights. This unique offering gives couples and their guests a chance to fully relax and enjoy their time here with a home-from-home experience without the hassle.
The beautiful and historic vaulted Barn has been the perfect place for many couples to make their vows over the years. Couples can also marry al fresco under the shade of the stunning Orchard pavilion before waltzing back up a tree-lined aisle into the extensive gardens and grounds, which offer expansive views over the rolling South Northamptonshire countryside. For a church ceremony, the charming St Nicholas Church in Eydon is just 5 minutes from Crockwell.
Onsite you will find accommodation for up to 24 guests in nine bedrooms in the farm cottages. All overnight guests enjoy a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast on both mornings, with locally sourced continental and cooked options available.
For an exclusive welcome meal for your immediate wedding party the evening before the main
event, the beautiful breakfast room is available for dining for up to 28 guests. Our team will be on hand to provide a drinks service if required and look after your every need. We think this is the perfect way to kick-start the wedding party!
At Crockwell, we know how important your food & drink is and that you want to give your guests the best, and that’s why we have chosen our award-winning caterers, Ross & Ross, as our sole catering partners. Everything from fine dining plated dishes to family sharing boards, bowl food, or barbeques is possible and Ross & Ross will be flexible to your needs.
Alongside delicious food, you need the drinks to be flowing. We have several drinks packages available, but we can also be entirely flexible to your specific tastes and ideas and, more often than not, build a bespoke package to suit your requirements. Our fully stocked licenced bar will be open an hour before your ceremony until 12:30 am.
Whether you are planning an intimate wedding for 35 guests or planning a big party for 200 guests, our team will ensure you have the perfect day. The starlit marquee is the perfect backdrop for your wedding breakfast. Beautiful as it is, with ivory draping, generous foliage and a starlit canopy, this room allows you to add as much or as little decoration as you want.
The venue is both cosy and intimate during the day, and open plan and expansive by night, when we open the drapery to reveal a magical dancefloor. The recently renovated dancefloor has been designed to take you and your guest’s breath away, with greenery, lights and a disco ball hanging from the ceiling. It truly is the perfect place to dance the night away.
In addition to the cleverly thought-out and tastefully designed spaces, the team at Crockwell are among the best in the business. We have been hosting weddings for over twenty years and have built an incredible team of highly experienced and competent staff who will look after you and your guests from your first visit until your last spin on the dancefloor. We do not take wedding bookings on consecutive days; our pricing reflects that you will have access to our facilities from the afternoon before the wedding until late morning on the following day – after a leisurely breakfast!
Our prices are guaranteed for two years from the time of booking. You can therefore budget for your wedding in the knowledge that prices in your quote (for your estimated numbers) to include the venue hire, catering, drinks, and accommodation will not go up.

With the inclusion of family rooms and sofa beds, we can easily accommodate up to twenty-four guests, or eighteen if based on twin occupancy.
