Q: What services do you offer?
A: Full Wedding Planning Package that includes the search for venues & vendors, coordination of the wedding day (until the last guests), handling of contracts & payments and over 100 smaller tasks and services that together form the whole planning process.
Q: Where should I start with wedding planning?
A: There are four most essential points to decide on as a start to your wedding planning process:
1) Date
2) Venue (Country, Region, Venue?)
3) How many guests do you plan on average?
4) What is your maximum budget? The sum above which you cannot/wouldn’t go! (Then add 15-20% to it, and that’s most likely what your realistic budget)
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We are based in the French part of Switzerland, but we cover any part of Switzerland, France and northern & central Italy - if you would like to have us on board, we can follow you anywhere in Europe!
Q: What languages does your team speak?
A: We are multilingual - English, French, German, Italian, Chinese, and Russian.
Q: How early should I start to plan my event?
A: The earlier, the better, as we have a higher chance to book the venue and other vendors that YOU want to choose, but not from what/is available. We would prefer to have about a year and a half for preparation, but our record was full wedding planning in 1 month!
Q: Will you work with vendors we select?
A: We never say no if you bring your vendor, but we prefer to participate in common meetings and also have an understanding of professionalism and quality of the job they do. Our goal is to keep your event up to the highest standards. But we are always ready to suggest our in-house services of decoration and florals, or vendors from our list of trusted and tested suppliers, according to your wishes and budget.
Q: How do you charge for services?
A: As of now, our packages have fixed pricing depending on the number of guests and the type of event, which helps us to provide transparency and specific numbers for our clients’ budgets.
Q: Do you handle vendors, contracts, and payment processing?
A: We are taking all contractual tasks under our watch. On Google Drive or another platform, we create a folder where we keep all our documents related to wedding planning, including but not limited to general budget, decoration budget, guest list & seating plan, all signed contracts with other vendors, a list of tasks and deadlines.
For couples based in the USA, we provide an additional service of receiving and distributing the payments to local vendors, thereby avoiding multiple bank commissions and charges.
