We are used to work for international weddings. I personally try to combine in the most effective way the Italian traditions with the ones from other countries.

My staff and I usually provide a general counseling and work along with you to define the design of the event, then, upon your requests, we can assist, help and support you to give form to your ideas (sorting and suggesting florists, vendors, rentals, lighting and sound service, menù and wines, wedding cake, beauty service, videos and photo shootings ... ). At the same time we also follow up all the logistic details specifically connected to a destination wedding as yours (quotations and contracts’ assistance and translation, transfers by car/boat/special transportations, hotels’ room block and holding, permissions, papers, venues and vendors coordinations, welcome and gift bags ...). Also, if you wish to make a legal wedding we can assist you in all the required steps to get the license. Following you can find a more detailed list of our tasks:

- Contracts with the vendors and/or related translations;
- Brokerage, negotiation and dealing with vendors and venues;
- Site inspections assistance (on the dates previously agreed with you);
- Technical inspections of the venues for measurements and/or specific requirements upon your request;
- Menu suggestions and translations, thus including dietary restrictions, allergies, special requirements;
- Welcome bags;
- On site assistance during the wedding day for vendor’s coordination (timing, loading, staffing);
-On site assistance during the potential Events related to your wedding ( Rehearsal dinner, Welcome dinner, Farewell brunch...) for vendor’s coordination (timing, loading, staffing);
- events’ set up and mise en place assistance and coordination;
- coordination of the drivers/boat crews/porters and all the people involved in the logistic
and the facilities you confirmed on the wedding day;
- coordination of the drivers/boat crews/porters related to your guests’ arrival, departure, and events’ attending, on the wedding day;
- Italian staff coordination on site, on the wedding day;
- Translations and general assistance;
- Emergencies.
The cost for the full package of service as listed above depends on the number of guests, and events to be planned and coordinate, starting at 2,500 euros.

Most of the times one or two are enough. During the first trip we assist you personally during the site inspections to find the perfect venue. We have many options in our portfolio, and we will be glad to show them to you. The second trip is usually recommended to meet the vendors in person, for the food tasting, and for the hair/make up trial.
Living and working locally, we can easily arrange any other extra virtual site inspections upon request.

We have many regular vendors we work with that we’ll be happy to introduce to you, but we love working also with other companies, being helpful and cooperative.
