The creative head behind the hotel’s gastronomy offer is Chef Javier Soriano, whose identity is a high commitment to the highest quality products, using the freshest and most natural ingredients from around the island to create dishes that embody local flavours with different gastronomic techniques.

Cap Roig, a relaxed Mediterranean Brasserie surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, offers fresh catches of the day, meats, and innovative vegetarian and vegan flavours. And the recently redefined Sunset restaurant offers a fusion cuisine inspired by Asian and Peruvian gastronomies created with Mallorcan produce and with a unique space to enjoy the sun making its way into the sea’s horizon.

A spectacular hotel
We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget. The view from our room was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with any queries we had and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely aim to visit again.
