One of the most special and intimate country venues in the Thames Valley, Lillibrooke Manor offers you exclusive use for your wedding day and you may use as much or as little of the wedding
At Lillibrooke Manor, it’s all about You, Your Day & Your Way.
One of the most extraordinary and intimate country venues in the Thames Valley, Lillibrooke Manor offers exclusive use for your wedding day, and you may use as much or as little of the wedding facilities as you wish. The venue's outdoor grounds are tastefully arranged with hanging baskets, beautifully manicured lawns and colourful flower beds, creating an impressive and unique backdrop for your wedding photographs.
Conveniently located just 2 miles from Maidenhead train station and forty minutes drive from Central London, the venue is equally accessible for guests from near and far alike.
Steeped in history, it was first mentioned on public record in 1376, with the current Manor’s construction dating to 1490. The house and accompanying barns have been home to the likes of Lady Elizabeth and the Englefield family until Cromwell confiscated it during his commonwealth. In 1656 it was purchased by Henry Partridge, whose family then maintained the property into the 19th century.
Set within the Medieval Manor House grounds, the Great Barn has a grand beamed ceiling, heavy wrought iron chandeliers, dramatic windows, and other period features. The Great Barn boasts a capacity to entertain up to 200 guests. Linked to the Great Barn is the Animal Engine Room, a fabulous hexagonal space which works perfectly for a drinks reception or as a breakout area. The barn also has a state-of-the-art barn PA system, adjustable colour and decorative external lighting.
Fully licenced to hold outdoor ceremonies, our Cloistered Garden and adjoining Small Barn serve as a stunning backdrop for your union. The Small Barn is the most popular setting for civil ceremonies hosting up to 120 guests in an atmosphere reminiscent of a small country church. Few outdoor spaces in Berkshire provide the picturesque setting of the Cloistered Garden at Lillibrooke Manor.
Let’s not forget the catering! Your guests will be delighted by the delicious food created by Heritage Venues, one of Thames Valley's premier catering and event service providers. Various seasonal and bespoke menus are on offer, enabling you to design your day around your favourite cuisine.
