As one would expect of a property that has been so lovingly restored over a 24 year period, great care has been taken to retain all the original features. Rib-vaulted and Baroque style painted ceilings, mullioned windows and exposed stone all subtly combine with an exquisite mixture of traditional and contemporary fabrics and furnishings to create a stunning masterpiece that cannot fail to delight.
It has an indoor Spa with jacuzzi jets, a sauna, a gym, an exterior swimming pool, four different gardens, a tennis court, a table-tennis court, a playground for children, a billiard room, a lovely outside BBQ area next to the big kitchen, sun loungers, various chill-out areas, and many isolated corners to sit and read, or simply relax in the sun. The Villa itself is full of exquisite touches and is difficult to be compared to anything else.
It is composed of the main house and an annexe cottage. The main house can sleep up to 24 people in 9 high standard rooms, all en-suite (except one), and with air conditioning and central heating, and its annexe cottage, called "La Caseta", can sleep up to 6 people in 2 different rooms, also en-suite, with air conditioning and central heating. The total sleeping capacity of the villa is 30 people if La Caseta is also rented.
It is essentially a self-catering villa available to book on a weekly basis Friday-Friday during July and August. During the rest of the year, stays are more flexible.
Golf, sandy beaches, cycle routes and walking trails are just some of the activities that can be enjoyed in the surrounding area and even the 4km drive down a rustic track that leads from the property to the local supermarket is a pleasure as one takes in the delightful, ever-changing landscape of “mar y montaña” and savours the faint scent of pine, wild broom, lavender and rosemary.

What is the minimum stay requirement?
7 nights in July and August, and shorter stays (3 or 4 nights) during the rest of the year.
What is the changeover day?
Fridays in July and August, or Fridays/Mondays during the rest of the year.
To proceed with a booking, how much booking deposit is due?
30% of the total rent amount.
When is the balance due date?
8 weeks before arrival at the property.
How much is the damage deposit?

Along with the final balance, 8 weeks before arrival.
Do rates include VAT?
Weekly rates include the 10% VAT, while shorter stays don't include the 10% VAT.
What are the mandatory extra costs?
The tourist tax. In case a catering company came to the villa to cater for an event, this catering company would pay a fee for the use/rental of the professional kitchen (our professional kitchen is never included in rental fees).
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking at any time; however, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
The 30% deposit required upon booking is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your arrival at the property or the booking is cancelled due to your non-payment, the proprietor shall be entitled to the total rental amount from you.
The owner is not obliged to refund any amounts already paid to the owner in the event of “no-shows”.
The damage deposit is fully refundable in the event of cancellation.
Guests’ own Travel Insurance is a condition of booking.
