From the moment we started planning our wedding, we knew we had made the right choice with Federica. She is professional, empathetic, incredibly organised, and an excellent communicator. What stood out most to us was her honesty—she was always transparent about every aspect of the planning process, but at the same time, she would never stop looking for solutions and always found a way to make our ideas work. For my wedding day I decided to book day-of coordination so I could truly relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. It was one of the best decisions I made, all thanks to Federica. From the very beginning, Federica was incredibly supportive and reassuring. She was there for me throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding, patiently accommodating all of my very specific (and sometimes unusual!) requests and details. She took the time to understand exactly how we envisioned our day and helped me organize everything even better than I could have on my own.

Where to start? From start to finish Federica was equally professional and personal. Our photographers said it best when they emailed us and said “she really cares about her clients”. Federica is incredibly organised, responded to all of our enquiries quickly and found us exactly what we needed. Our wedding weekend was more than we could have ever asked for and we truly could not have done this without Federica. Every vision was brought to life, I felt calm as everything had been prepared well in advance. Could not recommend Federica more! Grazie mille!

Federica made sure we had the best day ever. From the get-to-know to the overall planning (where Federica showed a lot of patience with us, especially me, in responding) to the actual day - everything was spot on. When things were a bit unclear (as they happen in projects) we hopped on a quick call and spoke. You know Federica has done a wonderful job when you don't have to worry or think about anything on the wedding day.
