I have worked on many shoots and many weddings over my hairdressing career, but I have never met a wedding organiser who runs an event so smoothly and with such in-depth attention to detail, In the run-up to our shoot, Melinda had the entire team up to speed on what was expected from each person, with a wonderful schedule that allowed plenty of time for each person's personal creative time. She really is a schedule magician, On a shoot or event day, Melinda has an energy of calm organisation, and really is the loveliest person; she knows every detail of how things should run, and that makes for a well-working team. I love working with Melinda as I know it will be a dream creative day as we all know she has it all so organised so that we can work, be creative and have a lot of fun, without any concerns about anything else.
