Overall beautiful hotel... wonderful and pituresque in a perfect location. We had a beautiful deluxe room, and the quality and service was outstanding. The food and drinks were also fantastic, and John at the lobby Bar was the star of the stay. We did have one issue with the outdoor patio, with ZERO service after ~25 minutes from being seated. - even AFTER asking for assistance ~15 into our wait.. The team did apologise and made up for it, but John and the team in the main bar took much better care of us.
