Excellent customer service
My husband and I were married here in May 2024. We found Masseria Don Luigi after searching online for several months and made the trip to view a handful of venues in October 2022. As soon as we stepped onto the Masseria Don Luigi property, we both immediately knew that it was the one and we compared all other options to it. During our many planning conversations with Angelo, we had questions that were answered incredibly quickly and some special requests that he was able to accommodate seamlessly. Excellent customer service. When we arrived at the property for the wedding celebrations, our family and friends were shocked and so impressed with all Masseria Don Luigi had to offer (as did we). The space is visually stunning (making it the perfect backdrop for a wedding), the rooms were large and comfortable, breakfasts were delicious, and the pool is one of the largest ones we saw, and we appreciated the shallow end for children attending. Attention was paid by all staff to make this an incredibly memorable event for my husband and I, along with all guests (especially those staying on site), which we greatly appreciated. Even my husband’s grandfather, born and raised in Puglia, was shocked that such a place existed and kept asking how we found it. We’ll truly never forget this trip and our time spent at Masseria Don Luigi, and we hope to return in the future as a reminder of our best day ever.
