Poonam was very personable and passionate in creating my vision for my wedding cake. It was at that point that was 100% certain that I was going to use Mistry Cakes Couture. However, most importantly the tester cakes were amazing so I booked straight away and I wasn't disappointed. Poonam kept regular contact with me consulting me every step of way. The service was second to none all the way to the wedding day. The cake wowed me and husband as well as all the wedding guests. The cake was absolutely delicious and I still get complimented a year on from all the guests. 100% recommend her xx

From my first conversation with Poonam I knew that she understood exactly what I was looking for. The colours were perfect, even down to little crystals in the flowers!
