The Augustine Prague

The hotel building is steeped in history, yet impeccably maintained. The staff is exceptionally friendly, a special thanks to Ester for the birthday card and cake waiting in our room upon arrival! Room service was prompt and beautifully presented. Housekeeping was excellent, even offering an evening service. We also appreciated the chance to try the unique St. Thomas beer at the Brewery Restaurant, which was a great touch. Kudos to the entire team and management, keep up the fantastic work!

The rooms are beautifully designed, featuring exceptionally comfortable beds and high-quality linens that make for a great night’s sleep. The property itself has a sophisticated charm, with a peaceful ambiance despite being in a central location. Breakfast is very good, offering a solid variety of options with attentive service. Due to the hotel’s popularity, upgrades can be limited as it’s often fully booked—but even the standard rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Overall, The Augustine delivers a high-end experience with comfort, style, and consistent service—definitely one of Prague’s finer stays.
