We had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Jamie, it was one of the best bar services we’ve ever encountered. Such genuine charm made us feel instantly welcome. She went above and beyond—recommending drinks perfectly suited to our tastes and even treating us to a complimentary tasting of exquisite champagnes we’d never tried before abd then we fender up ordering ! Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail were second to none. She made the whole experience feel special and personal, turning what could have been an ordinary afternoon into a truly memorable one. A rare combination of professionalism and genuine kindness—she is a credit to the bar and Soho Hotel !
