Rinaldi Production operates on a selective booking model, taking on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure every event receives the full attention of our artistic and technical team.
Peak season runs from May through October, with Saturdays and popular destination weekends often reserved up to 12–18 months in advance. Early enquiries are strongly encouraged, especially for full-service productions involving live performances, travel, and bespoke stage design.
We also accommodate midweek celebrations, elopements, and off-season events, subject to team availability and location logistics.
To confirm availability, we offer a personal consultation where we learn more about your celebration, then provide a tailored proposal and timeline. A date is secured only upon signature of the agreement and deposit payment.
