Stefania Silvestro

Stefania Silvestro plans weddings and events on the island of Ischia, in the Gulf of Naples, and across Campania, from the other islands of the Gulf to Naples itself. Most of the weddings she has published from 2022 to 2024 were for couples who travelled to the island: Americans, Canadians, a French couple, a Sicilian couple and an Italian couple living in Austria, alongside Neapolitan and local families.

Those weddings show the range of the island. Ceremonies have taken place in the ruined cathedral of the Castello Aragonese, the gardens of the Torre di Michelangelo, the Chiesa del Soccorso in Forio, a church in the historic centre and a citrus grove at a countryside farmhouse. Receptions have followed at Giardino Eden and Coco' Beach below the castle, at a lighthouse above the sea, at a winery and at a historical museum, with guests sometimes carried between ceremony and reception by traditional wooden boat.

Stefania leads the team as CEO and guides each client personally. Fabio Mattera, born on Ischia and formerly a manager in luxury hotels, works as wedding coordinator and hospitality consultant for couples from abroad. Gaetano Patalano is the team's wedding designer and calligrapher, and Kiara Arcamone coordinates the hostess team and the couples' printed stationery. Emanuele Mattera runs Foraday, which designs holidays on Ischia and in Campania for couples and their guests, from Vespa tours to days on a gulet and winery visits.

The work rests on a local network: florists, photographers and videographers, hair and make-up artists, lighting designers and musicians, Michelin-starred chefs and caterers, and hire companies with which they hold exclusive partnerships on Ischia and Procida for linens, furniture, crystal gazebos, shade sails and table settings. Guest logistics are handled in house, including hotel, villa and resort bookings and transfers by car, motorboat and helicopter. Planners and flower designers from outside Italy also use the team for local coordination.

Beyond full weddings, they plan elopements, proposals, private parties and corporate events, and arrange guest experiences before and after the day: boat tours of the Gulf islands, thermal parks, wine tastings and stays in private villas. Ischia is the focus, but they also take weddings on Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast, in Tuscany, Sicily and Puglia.
