Ginny's creations have been featured in leading bridal magazines and wedding blogs showcasing her subtle colour palettes, flawless finishes and immaculate attention to detail. Her sugar flower artistry has become much sought after by couples wishing to keep their sugar creations as a memento from their special day.

To ensure your wedding cake is nothing short of exceptional, Ginny uses only the freshest and finest ingredients in creating delicious flavours that can be personally tailored to you and your wedding. Cakes are made with organic free-range eggs, creamy butter, freshly grated zest, organic vanilla, and ethically sourced cocoa.  

Each tier consists of four layers of light sponge drizzled with sugar syrup and filled with luscious buttercream, fruit conserves and curds. For a luxurious taste and a modern, sharp edge finish, each tier is covered with a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache before being iced with the finest Swiss fondant.
