Vows in chapels and castle rooms
A castle in the heart of Farnham with four licensed ceremony rooms, two Church of England chapels and a Great Hall for the wedding breakfast.
Lantern Hall, the Great Hall, the Winchester Suite and the Library are the four licensed ceremony rooms. In Lantern Hall couples choose whether to walk the aisle towards the Lancet Windows or the historic Arch. The Great Hall is the largest of the ceremony rooms and has the longest aisle. The Winchester Suite looks over the Rose Garden and Farnham Park, and the Library over Farnham Town. The Norman Chapel and the Bishop's Chapel are private chapels, available only for Church of England weddings for eligible couples holding their reception at the castle. Celebrant ceremonies can be held in the grounds, and Mandap ceremonies with a Havan are permitted in Lantern Hall, the Winchester Suite and the Great Hall. Ceremonies take up to 265 guests.
The ancient Norman Chapel, the very oldest part of the Palace, is available to couples that would like a Church of England marriage service.Farnham Castle weddings information
