Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa is a country-house hotel built around a listed Tudor farmhouse of 1475 in about 22 acres near Haslemere, with a lakeside gazebo, the Armana Spa and 43 bedrooms.

The hotel is built around a timbered farmhouse dating to 1475, now listed, with black beams and steep tiled roofs. It stands in about 22 acres of countryside close to Haslemere, with formal lawns, garden terraces and an ornamental lake.

The glass-roofed Ivory Room is the largest, seating 150 for dinner. The beamed Hampton Suite takes around 80, and the panelled Oak Room in the old house gathers about 30. Outdoors, a gazebo beside the lake is licensed for civil ceremonies of up to 150.
