A Clyde-side house near Glasgow

Mar Hall is a golf and spa resort at Bishopton near Glasgow, with a Grand Hall, a Burgundy Suite and a marquee for weddings, and exclusive use of the house.

Mar Hall opened in 2004 and stands above the River Clyde, with the Kilpatrick Hills beyond. It has since hosted many weddings, with attention to service and detail as its focus.

The setting

Three rooms, three sizes of wedding

The Grand Hall seats 200 for the wedding breakfast and has marble fireplaces and tall windows. The Burgundy Suite keeps its original features and holds 150 for a ceremony or 115 for dining. The Marquee, the most popular choice, holds up to 300.
